They said hysterectomy. She built this instead.

Linda walked into her doctor's office thinking she was in perimenopause.

She walked out on her way to a stage 4 endometriosis diagnosis.

Her main symptom wasn't pain. It was chronic fatigue — which nobody tells you to look for, so it almost got missed entirely.

Then came the options: A drug to fake her way into menopause. Or take out her uterus, since she wasn't having more kids anyway.

She said no to both.

She went down the rabbit hole herself — 20 pills a day, 10 different supplements, reverse-engineering her own body — until she built something else entirely. It's called Oyva, and it's launching right now.

We also got into something I don't think gets talked about enough. The workplace was built by men, for men, on a 9-to-5 hormonal cycle that was never ours.

And every woman who's ever had to show up and pretend she was fine already knows exactly what I mean.

The art of this episode is Kali Ma in Blue I. She's not a gentle guide. She ends illusions so you can create your life instead of just surviving it.
